Allow more precision to allow sale rep for actions, transitions, notifications.
This is available with rules that can filter the sales rep.
This rule are available via an autocomplete field.
The module return only 1 (or 0) sale rep.
Possible rules are :

• role: any role (role: consulting)
• user: any user (user: smith)
• level: starting 0 (level: 5)
• between: x to y with level y > level x (between: 1 to 6)

Added quote web debug toolbar profiler

Provides a complete web debug toolbar (WDT) profiler (accessible only on DEV environments) to display quote status, salesrep state, actions and transition with their respective approval states for each conditions and criteria.
