Migrated to Symfony and updated the base code to use new features like :

• Controller namespace in routing (better performances)
• Use the When constraint (simpler validation)
• Drop the need to call createView on forms
• Allow to use the profiler in command line
• Removed SensioBundle (not used anymore)
• Upgraded to Doctrine 3 and Twig 3.8
• Added Override attribute
• Added healthcheck command
